Text: Hebrews 4:1-13 Big Idea: If we are to enter God’s rest, we must allow the clarity of God’s Word to expose whether we are in Christ and abiding in Him. Outline: Three realities in the life of the believer who is walking in the fear of the Lord. 1. Entering God's rest will only come to those who fear the Lord. (4:1-5) 2. There is a limited time granted to enter God's rest in Christ. (4:6-11) 3. The Word of God helps us to see ourselves and our need for Jesus. (4:12-13)
